Join us for a hands-on, peer learning circle designed for farmers and ranchers who are ready to create their farm-level Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and strengthen community coordination and resilience in the Applegate Valley.
Together, we’ll share strategies from the Farmer Campus' Farming through Wildfire Season, including small farm and ranch emergency planning, assess evacuation procedures, including how to plan for livestock, farmworkers, and visiting customers.
This event is free to attend, but registration is required. A catered dinner from Jefferson Farm Kitchen will be provided.
This event is offered in collaboration with A Greater Applegate, Applegate Partnership, is funded by the Western Extension Risk Management and Education Center (WERME) and brought to you by American Farmland Trust.
