Cantrall Buckley Park – Spring Stewardship Series
Join APWC and community volunteers this spring to help care for Cantrall Buckley Park. These hands‑on stewardship days are a great way to support native habitat, improve trails, and keep our beloved park healthy and welcoming for everyone.

What We’ll Be Doing 🌱
Participants will work in small groups on a variety of stewardship tasks, including:
Planting native seedlings provided through a recent Xerces Society partnership
Maintaining established planting beds
Supporting ongoing trail maintenance with our volunteer trail lead
General park care and light restoration work
Planned Volunteer Dates - Choose a date and RSVP with Janis. Each session includes approximately two hours of volunteer work.

Saturdays, March 28, April 11, 18
If these dates don’t work for you, additional times can be arranged—just reach out to Janis or Caleb to coordinate.
What to Bring - Come prepared to work outdoors and enjoy a meaningful day in the park.
For planting & maintenance:
Garden trowel
Sturdy shoes
Weather‑appropriate layers
For trail work:
Gloves
Protective clothing and sturdy boots
Trail tools (optional, if you have them)
